Privacy policy

The protection of your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We have therefore prepared these personal data processing principles (the “Privacy Policy”) for you. Please read them carefully. This Privacy Policy complies with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in them you will find information on which of your personal data we process, why and how we work with it, and for how long we will retain it. This concerns in particular our clients and suppliers.

We always try to process your personal data to the smallest extent possible. Sometimes, however, processing it is unavoidable – for example, if you want to create your project with us, we need your data in order to provide you with our services. We can assure you, however, that we will not process your personal data using automated individual decision-making that would produce legal effects concerning you as the data subject or similarly significantly affect you. Nor will we transfer your data outside the EU.

We process your personal data differently depending on the relationship we have with each other. It depends mainly on whether you have entered into a contract with us as our customer or supplier.

If you are our client and we are creating a project together – that is, if you have entered into a contract with us – we process the following personal data of yours.

We then process this data for the following purposes and for the following periods:

  • Identification data. We use these to identify you when concluding the contract between us. They include, for example, your name, surname or ID.
  • Contact details. We use these to contact you when needed. They include your telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Billing and bank details. We process these in connection with the identification and execution of payments. This includes, for example, information appearing on invoices, bank account details, and information about payments received or sent.
  • Information contained in the contract. This concerns details of the services we provide to you and other details relating to our cooperation and the campaign we are creating together.
  • Information from our communication. In this case it mainly concerns information in e-mails, minutes of meetings, or other content of our communication.

  • Why we process it: so that we can enter into a contract with you.
  • How long: for the duration of the contract or until all rights and obligations under the contract expire.
  • Which data: identification data; contact details; billing and bank details; information contained in the contract; information from our communication.

compliance with legal obligations imposed on us by legal regulations

  • Why we process it: so that we comply with all legal obligations that apply to us.
  • How long: for the period specified in the particular legal regulation under which we fulfil our obligations. For example, personal data related to tax matters we retain for 10 years from the end of the relevant tax period.
  • Which data: identification data; contact details; billing and bank details; information contained in the contract.

it is in our legitimate interest — to protect and enforce our claims

  • Why we process it: so that we can protect and enforce our claims.
  • How long: for up to 15 years. This corresponds to the longest possible limitation period set by legal regulations.
  • Which data: identification data; contact details; billing and bank details; information contained in the contract; information from our communication.

it is in our legitimate interest — to improve our services

  • Why we process it: so that we can improve our services and conduct surveys of your satisfaction with our services.
  • How long: for 1 year after the end of the contract.
  • Which data: contact details; information contained in the contract; information from our communication.

it is in our legitimate interest — to send newsletters

  • Why we process it: so that we can send you newsletters.
  • How long: for 3 years from the conclusion of the last contract between us, or until you object to this processing, e.g. by unsubscribing from our newsletters.
  • Which data: contact details.

If you are our supplier – that is, if you have entered into a contract with us and provide us with your services – we process the following personal data of yours.

We then process this data for the following purposes and for the following periods:

we process the data on the basis of your consent

  • Why we process it: so that we can send our newsletter when you have subscribed to it and given us your consent to process personal data for these purposes.
  • How long: for the period for which consent is granted.
  • Which data: contact details.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by e-mail to hello@allanimal.io. However, even if you withdraw your consent or its period expires, this does not mean that we must delete all the data we processed on its basis. We may continue to work with that data for which another legal ground allows us to do so. If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.

We may also pass your data on to other entities, mainly in order to ensure our effective operation.

Our service suppliers thus become processors of your personal data. However, they are entitled to process your personal data only to the extent that we agree with them.

Specifically, we pass your personal data on to the following entities:

  • DanaAcc s.r.o., Company ID: 016 80 374, which handles our accounting.
  • Google Ireland Ltd, which operates the Google tools that make our work easier and on which we store data.

We may also pass your personal data on to public authorities if it is in our interest or if they request it from us. We may also pass your data on to the entities named in a specific consent to the processing of personal data.

What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data?

You have the right to object where we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. This objection may be raised by sending it to our contact address or to hello@allanimal.io. We will then assess it within one month of receipt at the latest.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you also have the following rights:

  • You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right of access to this personal data and to information about what personal data is concerned.
  • You may request that we correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
  • Under certain conditions we are also obliged to erase your personal data or restrict its processing if you request us to do so. Under certain conditions you also have the right to the portability of your personal data to another controller.
  • If you suspect that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz, address Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

This Privacy Policy is effective from 23 June 2026.
